Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the case and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been placed.
