Shipping policy

We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days from dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, adverse weather, or public holidays.

Shipping Costs

We charge a flat rate per order, regardless of order size or destination within the UK. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it.
